| In 1984, George originally began his career at CPC as a driver. Following his start, he has held the positions of Operations Supervisor, |
|
| Regional Manager, Division Manger and in 2005, George was promoted to the Director of National Accounts. He manages a private fleet for one of CPC’s customers, oversees Canadian operations and acts as a liaison with some of our largest national accounts. |
|

| Rich joined CPC in 2001 as an Operations & Regional Manager before becoming a Division Manager. Rich oversees 4 regional offices |
|
| throughout the Midwest and has over 20 years of service in the transportation field. |

| Shaun joined CPC in 2000 as an Operation Supervisor. He has been working in the transportation industry since 1979, including |
|
| various operation and management positions in LTL and TL as well as private fleets. He is a graduate of Temple University (Philadelphia, PA). |
|

|
| Based in Memphis, Jim joined CPC in 1995 as an Operations Supervisor. Since that time he has held positions as an Operations Manager |
|
| and Regional Manager. As with many of our supervisors, Jim was a driver for over 20 years before joining the management team. |

Ken Pruitt

| Ken began his career with CPC in 2003 as an Operations Manager and Regional Manager for |
|
| Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. His background in transportation includes Terminal Manager and Safety Director with “for hire” carriers. He is a graduate of Campbell University. |

| Now supervising four offices in the Western states, Steve began his career in transportation in 1974 as a driver owner- |
|
| operator. He entered operations management in 1985 with Energy Personnel and joined CPC as a Regional Manager in 1993. |

John Bickel, Sr. - President, Member of the Board of Directors

As the President of CPC, John also supports operations in the Western U.S. for our corporation. With over 40 years of experience, John is a native to St. Louis and has an extensive transportation industry background. |

Throughout his career, John has been responsible for the acquisition of new |
| accounts and the servicing of major customers throughout the U.S. John joined Transportation Labor, Inc. (TLI, Inc.), the predecessor to CPC Logistics and then became the VP at CPC from 1978 through 1984, when he was named President. |

Dan Moroski - Executive VP, Member of the Board of Directors

As the Executive VP at CPC, Dan is responsible for all operations in the Eastern U.S. and works closely with Sales and Marketing. Dan formed Transco Logistics Corporation in the late 1970’s, which was later acquired |

by TLI Inc., the predecessor of CPC Logistics. Dan is currently based in Atlanta |
| where he supports the maintenance of audits of our DOT qualification files for all drivers |
|

John Dowell- VP of Labor Relations, Member of the Board of Directors

As one of the founding partners, John has maintained all labor relation matters for CPC since the early 1970’s. With extensive experience in labor and employment law matters, his expertise includes labor agreement |

negotiations, arbitration, equal employment opportunity litigation, and |
| Department of Transportation Driver Qualification Standards. In addition to his responsibilities at CPC, John is a Sr. Partner for a local St. Louis law firm and has strong ties to local Bar associations |

Dan LeGear- Corporate Secretary, General Counsel, Member of the Board of Directors

As our Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Dan started his association with CPC in 1973 and has been part of CPC since. His private law practice has given him three decades of experience in business |
|
acquisition, employee benefits, ERISA plans, contracts and general civil |
| litigation. As an Officer/Director at CPC since 1986, Dan continues to maintain his private practice as well as his key roles at CPC. |

As a licensed CPA and member of AICPA, Doug joined CPC in 1984 and oversees all of CPC’s financial and tax matters and manages our multiple departments supporting these areas, including Accounting, Finance, Insurance Risk Mgmt, HR, Payroll & Invoice, IT and Medical Benefits. |

| in the Private Fleet Management Institute of the National Private Truck Council, as well as a Board Member with the NPTC and Driver Employer Council of America. Bob was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the NPTC for a second time. |
